Warner Bros. has released an all-new clip of their animated superhero movie, which is also available now through Digital HD. Watch as the Dark Knight himself takes down an elite tactical unit in Batman: Assault on Arkham.

In the movie, we know Task Force X is hired by government agent, Amanda Waller (voiced by CCH Pounder), to find a bomb hidden somewhere in Gotham City. If the Suicide Squad team - which includes super villains Harley Quinn, Deadshot, and more - survives this deadly mission, their prison sentence will be reduced.

As reported here, the opening scene involves the criminal mastermind, The Riddler and Waller. While Edward E. Nygma babbles on with his clever riddles, the secret agent buys time for her assault team to pinpoint his location. The scene ends with a confrontation between the caped crusader, Waller's group, and the Riddler.

Because the lights have been turned off, the tactical unit has to use night goggles. Through their green goggles, we see Batman using the darkness for his advantage. A major battle ensues where only one man is left standing.

Batman News also reports that there will be a new slew of DC Animated movies coming up in 2015. Aquaman will star in his own movie in Justice League: Throne of Atlantis. Comic book fans should also expect Batman vs Robin.

On Twitter, Batman vs Robin producer James Tucker explains just because the Court of Owls show up, that doesn't mean it's an adaptation of Scott Snyder/Greg Capullo story arc.

Tucker states, "Oh and in other misreported news, Batman vs Robin is NOT an adaptation of The Court of Owls storyline. Sheesh."

Batman: Assault on Arkham hits stores on DVD/Blu-Ray on August 12. Readers, which DC Animated Movie are you excited to see?
