Is Chris Brown a changed man, according to a new post via Instagram he is. The New Flame singer has been making headlines again not for his criminal actions, but for rumors that he and his on again, off again girlfriend, Karrueche Tran called it quits, once again.

Brown uploaded a photo of himself in an orange jail jumpsuit via Instagram Saturday along with a reflective message.

"I been through a lot in my life. Made a lot of mistakes along the way. But through it all I've always been true to myself and through God I've been able to take care of my family! I should regret some things but I think the lessons learned will shape me into a real man. I'm grateful and appreciative! Thank you for life!," Brown wrote.

The Loyal singer went on to post two video's of himself singer the hit song from soul and R&B singer, D'Angelo's How Does It Feel, adding his own flavor to the song.

The 25-year-old singer's emotional words come just one day after sources revealed that Tran had broken up with him. E! News reported that sources claims that Tran changed her number after Brown liked two fan photos on Instagram of him and Rihanna together.

The model recently shared details on her relationship with Brown on Just Keke, stating how life was dating a celebrity.

"I've never dated a celebrity before so it was very new to me, paparazzi and all that," she said, adding that Brown's ex Rihanna made the couple have more issues. "And then, even the situation with Rihanna, you know the reason why people turned into this so much was because it's relatable. I have girlfriends, I have family who's gone through the same situation. It's the case of the ex. We all go through it, do you know what I'm saying?"
