'True Blood' Recap: Alexander Skarsgard Wants Sarah Newlin Dead in 'May Be The Last Time,' Preview 'Almost Home' [Watch Video]

HBO's True Blood is rounding up its very last four episodes before the grand finale. As Hepatitis V continues to spread, will all hope be lost by the time 'May Be The Last Time' ends?

Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) has tied up Sarah Newlin's sister, Amber. Defying Northman, Pam (Kirsten Bauer van Straten), and Mr. Gus (Will Yuen Lee), Amber will not give up her sibling's location. After revealing that her sister is the cure, Eric drives a stake into her heart.

Sheriff Andy (Andy Bauer) arrives at the treehouse but doesn't find Adilyn (Bailey Noble). Andy calls Jessica (Deborah Ann Woll) and warns her that his daughter is missing. Jason's ex, Violet, has secretly taken Bailey to her mansion, giving a tour of her sex dungeon.

Things start heating up as Violet plants her lips on Adilyn and Arlene has a sex dream about Keith. Eric makes a deal with Mr. Gus, who wants to synthesize Sarah's blood. In the distribution of "New Blood," Eric will become the spokesperson for the cure.

Hoyt returns to Bon Temps with his new girlfriend, Bridget. Unfortunately history will repeat itself because Jason (Ryan Kwanten) finds himself attracted to Bridget. While Hoyt is mourning for his dead mother, Jason lies about what really happened, hoping to make him feel better.

A witch doctor arrives to check up on Bill (Stephen Moyer). The infection is spreading because of Sookie's faery lineage. Sookie (Anna Paquin) then calls upon her faery grandfather (Rutger Hauer) to help save Compton.

Sookie's grandfather uses his powers to show her a memory of Bill. In the flashback, Compton remembers being human, when he first met his wife, and the moment his daughter was conceived. Her grandfather teaches Sookie that there are miracles, but not in the way you expect them.

Sarah (Anna Camp) goes back to the beginning, to the cult she started with the Reverend Steve Newlin. She is haunted by Steve and Jason, who keep telling her death is coming. As the satellites have pinpointed her exact location, Sarah keeps telling herself that she is the messiah.

After giving advice to Sam (Sam Trammell), Arlene finds herself alone at her restaurant with Keith. She cannot have sex with him because she is Hepatitis V positive. Keith doesn't care; he just wants to keep dancing with her.

Eric and Pam wake up to find an empty house. Mr. Gus was actually waiting for them outside, so that they can capture Sarah together.

Jessica suddenly senses something is wrong when Adilyn is threatened by Violet. Just as Jessica leaves, Sookie arrives to meet Bill. The two nude lovers drop to the floor, screwing each other like there's no tomorrow.
