These two are definitely one of the hottest couples out there today! Model Gisele Bundchen posted one very sexy snapshot via Instagram of herself embracing and kissing her man, New England quarterback, Tom Brady for his birthday over the weekend.

The Goodwill Ambassador captioned the passionate photo,"Happy birthday my love! Missing you so much... Te amo!!! Feliz aniversário meu amor! Estou com muita saudade... Te amo!!!."

The sexy quarterback turned 37-years-old on Sunday, as he gears up for the upcoming football season. Brady is currently at football training camp as a Patriots Instagram page shouted him out all day, honoring his birthday.

In the photo above the caption reads, The birthday boy himself heading to the buses."

In the next photo, The Patriots wrote, "In honor of his birthday, we're all Brady all day here on @patriots insta!"

Brady does prove that you get sexier with age. The team is training with the Washington Redskins in Virgina this week, kicking off their first preseason game on Thursday.
