Kevin Love, Kyrie Irving, LeBron James, Anthony Bennett & Andrew Wiggins: NBA Superstars Join Forces At Cleveland Cavaliers: Minnesota Timberwolves Snatch Prospects In Trade Return

One of the biggest trades in NBA history has been completed, according to reports. The deal cannot be finalized until the end of the month, but it's believed it's 100% locked and secure. That's right, Kevin Love will join Kyrie Irving and LeBron James at the Cleveland Cavaliers. In return the Minnesota Timberwolves will receive a draft pick, and former No. 1 picks, Anthony Bennett and Andrew Wiggins. The trade makes sense for all involved, with the Cavaliers instantly a championship contender built on superstars, and the Timberwolves staring at a brighter tomorrow.

The Timberwolves could be armed with three first-round players in the near future, which is not a bad return considering Love has one year remaining on his contract. More importantly, Love had no interest at being in Minnesota. The Wolves took their time and ensured they got what they wanted and needed. The Cavaliers have shifted from a team of youngsters, to a team that could easily be mistaken for an All-Star one.

The Timberwolves will be happy to get something in return for Love and save a ton of money, meaning rather than sit in the NBA basement, they should return to prominence in the near future, giving Love the kind of team he once craved in Minnesota. Both Love and James can change, and alter their contracts in 2015, meaning they should both commit to a longer, more lucrative deal, offering the Cavaliers the full flexibility to fully pad out their roster full of talent.
