We have quite some time before we get any good spoilers, rumors or plot details about J.J. Abrams' Star Wars: Episode VII, but a recent interview with Disney CEO Bob Iger definitely counts as a teaser for news on the upcoming Lucasfilm franchise movie. According to Iger, filming is still underway and moving along steadily, but he also had some information on footage he's seen!

"I can only tell you that production is underway. We have a very brief hiatus, which is due in part to the fact that Harrison Ford broke his ankle," he told CNBC this week in a new interview. "The footage we've seen is very, very exciting to us. I think there's about 500 days left between now and December 18th, 2015 when the movie comes out. That doesn't seem like very long."
He added: "There's a lot of pent up demand. We're just as excited as the fans are about it."

Meanwhile, newcomer to the film world and cast member Daisy Ridley just acquired a big-time agent! According to Deadline, Hollywood's United Talent Agency signed the Episode VII star, stating, "The plan is for her carry through to the second and third films that will be directed by Looper helmer Rian Johnson."
