Whether or not you knew it, the Free People model was once an aspiring ballerina. The South African beauty trained her slim physique and tender foot to follow the tricky dance routines. It's definitely not easy to arch the toes and spin smoothly.

Swanepoel tells Entertainment Tonight, "I was a ballerina in South Africa before I went to general girls boarding school. That was what I actually wanted to do. I wanted to go to ballet school in New York."

Despite her lifestyle changing to modeling, at least the blonde bombshell continues to practice her dance moves. Fox News Magazine caught the ballerina in the middle of her choreography, while wearing a skimpy black thong.

The blonde beauty shared three snapshots of herself dancing. In her captions, Jerome Duran is cited as the photographer who captured the stunning black and white photos. According to his website, Duran has photographed the biggest names in fashion such as Alessandra Ambrosio, Irina Shayk, and Kate Upton.

Swanepoel writes, "Dance like no one is watching," as she stretches her long legs and waves her skinny arms.

The supermodel teaches, "Dance enables you to find yourself and lose yourself at the same time," as she stands perfectly straight on one foot.
