School is almost in session for the Glee kids.

And with every school year comes new students, and it's now exception for the McKinley High crew.

According to TVLine, the Fox musical comedy is set to incorporate five new cast members into its already huge ensemble.

When the show premieres this January, viewers will get acquainted with Roderick, Spencer, Jane, Mason and Madison.

Roderick is being described as an underdog who has the voice of Otis Reading but who is very timid. Just think of him as this seasons Marley.

Spencer is the token "jock," but he also happens to be gay. According to the casting note, "he's post-Glee gay- no one messes with him about his sexuality because he will kick their asses if they do."

Jane is a new girl with a Rachel Berry-esque personality. She is "righteous, ambitious, and unconventionally pretty," she also wanted to be a Warbler but since they only allows boys in, she decided instead to transfer schools and become a part of New Directions.

Mason and Madison are twins. They are male and female cheerleaders on the Cheerios, and are both very upbeat but also very peculiar at the same time. Mason comes across as gay, but the casting call confirm he's not.

Creator Ryan Murphy talked to TVLine earlier this year where he said the concept for the final season would be going back to basics.

"We're working on the last season now, and it really feels like it's getting back to the roots, which I love," Murphy explained. "I'm sort of reinvigorated about it. It's getting back to what I was initially interested in with the show."

Executive Producer, Brad Falchuk echoed Murphy's sentiments saying that "there will be a lot going on in Lima," during the new season.

The sixth and final season will debut during the midseason on Fox.
