Arshiya Malik Dead? One Direction Death HOAX Shocks Twitter Fans, Zayn Malik's Cousin Did NOT Die After Life Support/Coma Scare & Brain Tumor Operation [PHOTOS]

Arshiya Malik is the adorable younger cousin of One Direction crooner, Zayn Malik. She recently underwent an operation to treat a life-threatening brain tumor.

But the cute little girl did not die, despite morib reports that recently went viral on social media.

According to another Malik cousin named Aaroosa, Arshiya was put on life support not too long ago after undergoing a very serious operation. Things initially looked positive, but then took a turn for the worst:

aaroosa_m "Please make dua for my little cousin. She's really ill & having an operation. Please pray that it's successful this time inshallah ❤️."

aaroosa_m: "Thank you for all your duas."

She later asked fans and loved ones to send their prayers for Arshiya's health on Instagram a few days ago:

aaroosa_m: "Please can everyone pray for Arshiya as much as you can as her MRI scan didn't come out good. Doctors are saying theres nothing they can do & have put her on life support machines now. Please keep her in your duas always & the rest is up to Allah."

aaroosa_m "Please read this for Arshiya. It's all up to Allah now & miracles can happen. Thank you all for your duas ❤️."

But despite the rather sorrowful updates, young Arshiya did NOT pass away, and she's still fighting with all her heart. The 1D cutie's own sister later confirmed that on Twitter:

Another family member also posted:
