Filming on Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice has been underway in Michigan for quite a while now, and recent days have brought numerous shots of Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne during shooting in the Corktown area of Detroit.

We've seen Affleck and/or his stunt double running through the streets of what appears to be Metropolis with debris all around him. We've also seen Bruce Wayne saving a little girl from a building. But could all of this take place during the ending of Man of Steel?

Geek Tyrant has posted a report from an extra who supposedly worked on the set of Batman v. Superman for 10 days. This extra claims director Zack Snyder and company have already shot the ending of the movie and goes on to provide more detail about some possible plot spoilers. As always, this is nothing more than a rumor for now, so take it as such.

"One of the scenes shot featured Batman breaking into Lexcorp to steal kryptonite, and apparently Lexcorp had somehow gotten ahold of General Zod's body. He went on to talk about the timeframe of the movie and where it picks up, saying that it starts 'as the battle between Superman and General Zod ends or is ending (which would explain all the damaged buildings and vehicles we've been seeing in photos) and Batman/Bruce Wayne is attempting to make his way to the Wayne tower in Metropolis.'"

The kryptonite makes sense if Batman sees Superman as a threat and wants to take him on one-on-one. It would also make sense to see Bruce saving people in Metropolis as the fight between Superman and Zod rages.
