Love And Hip Hop ATL: Stevie J Sobriety Impresses Judge, But Still Owes $1 Million In Child Support

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" reality star Stevie J avoids jail time after maintaining his sobriety for 7 weeks -impressing his judge.

Despite the good news, the Grammy award winning producer still owes his children's mother $1 million, according to TMZ.

June 9, the 42-year-old reality star was arrested for owing $1.1 million in child support in New York state failing to pay for a court-ordered child support for his son, 17, and daughter, 15.

According to Page Six, US Attorney Preet Bharara stated that failing his court ordered obligations; the VH-1 reality star committed a federal crime.

"By choosing to use the money for himself, rather than to pay his child support obligations, Jordan not only violated court orders, but committed a federal crime for which he will now be held responsible," Bharara said.

The star may have known what was approaching as he posted a background photo of him and his 5 children as his Twitter wallpaper blasting the "dead beat dad" allegations.

The producer's wife, Joseline attended the Gwinnett county courthouse  for his arraignment, but after rumors of their relationship crumbling may leave Stevie J to attend his hearings alone in the long run.

In an interview with Vlad TV, the couple's former assistant, Dawn Heflin revealed the same information before the sneak peek was released. While rumors swirled that Joseline had affairs with several celebrities, Dawn says that she was caught cheating with another man in their mansion, "She just got caught trying to sleep with one of Stevie's friends in the house while Stevie was away with a guy named Rich."
