Reality star Ramona Singer is calling it quits on her marriage to estranged husband Mario Singer, and is revealing her side of the story for all of her fans.

Just days after tweeting and announcing her split to Mario on Aug. 7, the Real Housewives of New York star, is telling all in a recent interview with, Us Weekly about what it took for her to finally leave her husband alone, this time forever.

"We were working very hard on our relationship and making great progress," Ramona said. The 57-year-old also revealed that she and her husband tried therapy for a couple of months but eventually decided to end things. "It was really working well, and then I got the feeling that he started seeing [Kasey Dexter] again."

Mario, 60, first met Dexter, 32 a young socialite back in 2013. Sources have reported seeing the two out just days after Ramona tweeted that she and Mario had split.

Ramona a suspicious wife decided to ask her husband in therapy back in July if he was still seeing his mistress as she said, "He wouldn't admit to it. He said everything was great with us," she remembers. "Then the next morning I pushed him on it and he admitted he [had seen her], and I just said, 'I can't do this anymore. Goodbye.'"

According to US Magazine, the RHONY star kicked out her future ex-husband on July 24. "I left him a note saying, 'Please don't come to the house in the Hamptons, and please get an apartment. I don't want to see you anymore.' And that was it." Ramona continued. "He kept calling me and calling me, but I wouldn't take his calls." She claims that she has "no idea where he's living now."

Mario and Ramona first separated back in January when she found out that Mario was allegedly having an affair with the 32-year-old. "A lot of women told me you leave when you're ready; you don't need to leave because he cheated on you. And I looked at the bigger picture. There were problems in our relationship, but nothing bad enough for him to cheat," Ramona revealed. She added that Mario "cried and begged" for her to try again with him, "So we were working on it. And then I just realized, no, that's a betrayal, a lack of respect to me and my daughter."

The couple have a 19-year-old daughter, named Avery.

Now Ramona is working on going through with the divorce she filed for in January. "I would never reconcile with him. No chance," she claims. "I believe in marriage, I gave him a second chance, and he betrayed me and our daughter. You just don't do that."

"Leaving him is "a relief at this point," she states. "I was walking on eggshells. I have closure now. You give someone a chance, and if they can't change, you have to go on with your life." As for Mario, she shares: "I married a traditional man, a God-fearing man -- high morals, high scruples, believes in family and tradition. This man today is not the man I married."
