Beyonce, Jay Z Surrogate Wants Blue Ivy Back, Lawsuit Filed For Full Custody Of Baby Blue

A woman named, Tina Seals is suing superstars Beyoncé Knowles and Jay Z over their daughter Blue Ivy after making claims that she is the surrogate and wants custody of the 2-year-old.

According to MediaTakeOut.com, the lawsuit was filed in a federal court in Manhattan, Thursday. The alleged surrogate is demanding that she gets full custody after proving that she is the actual mother.

This report seems mind boggling after the 32-year-old singer released photos of her pregnant stomach during the "On The Run Tour," but it clearly didn't stop Tina from filing the suit. After the couple's rumored crumbling marriage made news after the infamous Met Ball elevator fight between Jay Z and Solange Knowles went viral, the pair have been facing more break up reports.

According to E! News, the "99 Problems" rapper is trying everything to make his marriage work, "There has been talk of divorce and it's been really tense at times on the tour," the source said. "Beyoncé has been leaning on her mom and sister a lot since they are so close. Jay wants everything to work out and is trying to convince Beyoncé how much he does not want a divorce. It's flowers, constant texts and telling her he loves her. He is pulling out all the stops."

Another source revealed that the parents of Blue Ivy, 2, are putting up a front for the public for business purposes, "While they're still on tour, it's all business. They're professionals and they're trying to keep everything as professional as possible."
