Are Jennette McCurdy and Ariana Grande, the former Sam & Cat stars, reignited their Twitter feud today? The former Nickelodeon stars and friends seem to be anything but these days, as fans are saying that a character created for McCurdy's web series, What's Next For Sarah, is based on Grande.

Fans were quick to pick up on the similarities between Ariana and the character Gloriana in the series, for example, their both vegan singers, both wear high ponytails, and both can hit the high notes. But it wasn't just fans who picked up on the comparison, even Perez Hilton noticed, which is what sparked the new feud alleged feud between McCurdy and Grande.

According to Twicsy an application of Twitter, Ariana posted a comment to Jennete trying to take the high road and act like the comments between McCurdy and Perez didn't affect her.

"@JennetteMcCurdy @PerezHilton Sorry can't see your tweets clearly from up here in the charts slaying."

Jennette saw the irony in that tweet and responded, saying, "Sorry but you clearly could since you responded directly to a conversation you were not tagged in. #byeforever"

The tweets can also be read here.

However, fans are quick to point this Twitter exchange out as a fake, saying that the picture icon for Grande doesnt match her verified account.

Perez commented, "It was super funny!!! Can I be in an upcoming episode? I can be #Glorians's obnoxious gay brother! Ha"

Jennette tweeted back saying, "Oh my god yes!! Or gloriana's boyfriend who get cheated on 8 times?"
