Michael Strahan To Sell House He Shared With Nicole Murphy? Couple Spotted Out Together This Week, Is A Reconciliation In The Making?

Michael Strahan's breakup with Nicole Murphy created confusion and chaos for the L.A. real estate market, but if agents thought they were going to get lucky, maybe they should think again.

According to TMZ, Strahan doesn't care if there are interested buyers for his L.A. home that he shared with Hollywood Exes star, Nicole Murphy.

A real estate source has revealed that Strahan received more than a dozen offers that were serious in purchasing his 15,600 sq. foot Brentwood home, that includes, nine bedrooms and 14 baths.

Strahan got the house for $16 million back in December 2013, and according to the site, he could make a lot of money if he puts the estate up for sell, but the NFL Hall of Famer is not interested, that is of course someone coughs up at least on the $20 million.

After all Strahan may want to finally enjoy his home that he really hasn't been in, remember he is mostly working out of NYC, with GMA, and Live with Kelly and Michael.

But here is the weirder part, Nicole, his now ex, is still living in the house. Sources have revealed that the two were spotted out to lunch last week, and a reconciliation could be in the future.
