Mariah Carey, Nick Cannon [DIVORCE RUMORS]: Mariah Kicks Nick To The Curb Over Cheating Scandal?

Singer Mariah Carey and actor Nick Cannon are allegedly heading for divorce after the "Honey" singer reportedly hired security to keep him away from women after she suspected him of cheating.

According to PageSix, the celebrity pair have been "living separately" due to infidelity suspicions according to sources, "He hasn't been staying at their home. He's been living out of hotels. They're fighting a lot." Another source told the site that Mariah hired the guards to help Nick remain faithful by keeping the women away from him, "The security guard wasn't there to keep the girls away from him.  It was to keep him away from the girls."

According to MediaTakeOut.com, sources tell the site that the married couple of six years will announce their split soon and claim that infidelity was not the cause of their break up saying, "Nick completely adored Mariah, he would NEVER cheat on her."

July 26, the couple put their 3 acre, 7-bedroom Colonial Bel Air estate up for sale for $10 million in 2009 after they married, according to TMZ. Now, people suspect the couple is indeed splitting up since putting their marital home up for sale hinting that it may lead to a financial settlement.

In an interview with Howard Stern in April, Cannon revealed that he did have a brief relationship with the reality star, Kim Kardashian and admitted that Mariah didn't like to be mentioned in the same sentence as the other women.

The "America's Got Talent" said, "She doesn't care when I talk about our sex life, because our sex life is amazing. She's one of the most beautiful women in the world," he said. "But ... when we bring up -- I'm not gonna do it -- other people's names, she's like, 'Why would you even do that?'"

 "She took it in a way almost as if I was including her in the conversation," he recalled. "We weren't talking about her. The most amazing sex I've ever had is with my wife," he said.
