'Pretty Little Liars' Cast ALS Ice Bucket Challenge - Ashley Benson, Troain Bellisario & Lucy Hale Get Soaked For Good Cause

The cast of Pretty Little Liars is certainly pretty but today they are getting pretty wet as they show their support for the ALS Ice Bucket challenge. Troian Bellisario, Lucy Hale, Sasha Pieterse and Ashley Benson are just a few of the cast members who are getting doused with the freezing cold water to help spread awareness and raise money for ALS research, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease.

Troian who plays Spencer on the hit ABC Family series goes first. She explains that there is draught in her area and to conserve water she is standing in a bucket while getting another bucket filled with water dumped over her head. She nominates her costar Lucy Hale, and her friends actor Zachary Quinto and Tom Burtelson to go next.

Lucy accepts the nomination and fills a bowl up with ice and water while nominating her friends and family members to participate next. We have been re-watching the video solely for the purpose to see her little dance at the end. Hysterical.

Our favorite villain of the series Alison, played by Sasha Pieterse, also participated in the challenge getting a cooler full of ice water dump all down her back. She in turn nominates her costar Keegan Allen who thanked her for the nom in his video.

Allen, who plays Toby on the show, was also nominated by James Franco, Ian Harding, and Diego Boneta. Keegan is either playing it really cool or he is really upset that he was nominated by his costars from Pretty Little Liars and Palo Alto. He shows zero emotions as he dumps the bucket over his head.

Ian Harding, who plays Ezra Fitz on the show, stands in a lake while taking his challenge. He takes the challenge three times, to nominate three different people, maybe he didn't get the memo that you only have to do it once and nominate whoever you want?

Ashley Benson, who was nominated by Vanessa Hudgens also took the challenge, drenching herself from head to toe before nominating Emma Roberts and Shay Mitchell to follow in her chilly footsteps.

Out of the four main girls, Shay is the only one that hasn't done it yet; you know what they say you've only got 24 hours to complete the challenge.
