The NBA is one of the most competitive leagues in all of sports, and we all know its stars enjoy 'banter' with one another, but it seems like sometimes it's got out of hand, with stars attempting to humiliate one another at every opportunity. Rumour have surfaced suggesting that in 2010 Kobe Bryant tried to embarrass LeBron James, stating that his 2010 title would be followed with many more. Kobe now looks a bit silly considering LeBron has been in four finals since then, and he's been in none. Kobe also added to their celebrity basketball feud by stating that trading Andrew Wiggins for Kevin Love was a huge mistake.
Kobe and LeBron have been going against one another for the last decade, and it appears there has been more to their rivalry than we ever knew. It's believed that in 2010 Bryant texted James saying "Go ahead and get another MVP, if you want. And find the city you want to live in. But we're going to win the championship. Don't worry about it." Does Kobe regret these words?
Kobe recently hit out at the Cleveland Cavaliers and James, suggesting they were foolish to trade NBA rookie Wiggins for All-Star Kevin Love. It's a known fact that Kobe would of wanted this trade had his team of been in a position to make the same deal. Today that deal was completed, but only weeks ago Kobe suggested that Wiggins was his second-coming and the Cavaliers would live to regret losing a star of that quality.
