As mentioned here, with Scott Derrickson (Sinister) being named director, the hunt continues to find the right leading man. We also mentioned here that there was a growing wish list of actors, with names such as Tom Hardy (Inception), Benedict Cumberbatch (Star Trek: Into Darkness), Academy Award winner Jared Leto (Dallas Buyers Club), included in the roster. The 30 Rock guest star is quite believable and hits the right age range as the surgeon-turned-sorcerer Stephen Strange. If we get rid of the cape, this writer thinks we have a winner here.

Just in case, the Marvel executives were listening in, the Mad Men star adds, "I certainly wasn't approached by it. But I would like to play Doctor Strange. He's a very cool character."

Million Dollar Arm hits theaters on August 29. . Readers, would you like to see Don Draper as the Doctor Strange?
