Henry Cavill Takes Ice Bucket Challenge in Full Superman Costume

Henry Cavill and Amy Adams decided to take part in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge but did so with a twist: they got soaked in the cold water while in their full costumes from Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice!

Cavill donned his full Superman outfit, cape and all, to receive buckets upon buckets of water and even sat on the receiving end of some garbage cans full of cold liquid. Adams is in her Lois Lane outfit right next to him and gets soaked, as well. Check out the video, which director Zack Snyder posted, below:

The video shows that the actors went above and beyond for the challenge, but it also provides perhaps the best look at the full costumes we have seen thus far.

Gal Gadot and Ben Affleck have already done their challenges, so unfortunately we won't get Wonder Woman and Batman in costume just yet. But we did get some scoop on Affleck's character this week.

Batman-News.com reported Snyder shot some scenes last week in Detroit's Masonic Temple, a large reception hall for weddings, parties, etc. But Snyder turned it into "an underground MMA fighting arena and bar" similar to the famous one from Fight Club, the site reports. Attendees bet on the fights and Bruce Wayne reportedly joins in the activities. Someone asks what he's doing there and he says, "I'm kind of a night person." He then speaks to someone at the bar.
