It looks like a possible feud between Iggy Azalea and Ariana Grande has been avoided. The "Black Widow" singer opened up in a recent interview about Grande saying she almost dismissed the "Break Free" singer for being too young.

According to new reports, the Australian hip-hop star tells The Grammys during a YouTube video, that she almost didn't work with the budding pop singer as she though that he music was a little bit too adult for Grande's first album.

"She reached out to me for her first album and I didn't do it even though I thought she was amazing, because I thought she was much younger than what she is," the rap star explained.

While Ariana may look young, when Azalea found out her actually age she was pretty surprised.

"When I realized she was so close to my age, I was like, 'Wait you're an adult!'" the singer said.

As for why she didn't collaborate with the singer on her first studio album, Iggy says that at the time she didn't feel it was right because she thought her music was too "risque" for the singer/actress.

"I felt that my music was kind of so risqué and I knew she had a Disney show... I didn't feel like it was appropriate but then I actually met her and I found out that she's a grown-up and I was like 'Oh, Ok!'"

The singers then went on to record the hit single "Problem" together, which went on to top the charts.

This isn't the only collaboration that is featured on Grande's new album My Everything, she also has duets with rapper and rumored boyfriend Big Sean.
