'True Blood' Season 7 [Spoilers]: Who Is Timothy Eulich, Anna Paquin's Mystery Man From Series Finale?

Time has passed since the last episode of HBO's True Blood, with viewers having the same question about the mystery man who showed up. Now is the perfect opportunity to meet actor Timothy Eulich, who appeared in the final moments of the season 7 finale as Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin)'s husband.  

In our recent recap, viewers jumped forward int time, about three years later, after Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer) met his demise. During the Thanksgiving holiday, we find Jason Stackhouse (Ryan Kwanten) married with Bridget and raising three kids. Eric Northman (Alexander Skarsgard) sits at his throne at Fangtasia, knowing full well Sookie (Paquin) is safe and sound. 

In the final moments, we meet the man who is supposedly married to Sookie, but the camera never shows his face. The mystery man has a full beard, much like Alcide's, and he is wearing an outfit similar to Bill's. Who is this mysterious stranger who captured Sookie's heart and impregnated her?

Sookie's mystery man turned out to be a True Blood stunt performer. The stuntman doubled for Steve Newlin (Michael McMillian) and stood in for Northman (Skarsgard) when he was being burned alive in the mountain in season 6.

On his official Twitter, Eulich shared a snapshot of himself and teased, "Who was Sookie's husband? Recognize the back of that head? #TrueBlood #TrueToTheEnd #truebloodfinale"

In the picture above, the Jurassic World stunt actor is wearing the same wardrobe and has the same beard on his chin.   

In an interview with Vulture, Eulich reveals his character didn't even have a name in the script, "A couple of people have asked me if the character had a name, and as far as I know, he did not. On the call sheet, it was listed as "Stunt/Sookie's Husband." I don't think that was on his birth certificate, though!"
