Arrow Season 3 Spoilers: Olicity Kiss Happens in New TV Spot!

The moment many Arrow fans have been anticipating for two seasons finally happens in a new TV spot for Season 3 when Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) share a kiss!

A fan caught a TV spot for the new season and recorded it. The clip, which is unfortunately in low quality but still watchable, shows Thea (Willa Holland) in training, Sara (Caity Lotz) back in action, Oliver's "You have failed this city" line and the long-awaited Olicity kiss (or at least, the start of it). In other news, The Hollywood Reporter reports Arrow has cast Glee actor Nolan Funk to guest star in the Felicity-centric episode "The Secret Origin of Felicity Smoak," which will shed some light on the plucky IT gal's thus-far mysterious past. Funk will play Cooper Seldon, Felicity's boyfriend from her time at MIT. He also happens to be a hacker. And if his name sounds familiar, it could be a play on Jim Parsons' character of Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang Theory. Or, to paraphrase Doc Brown in Back to the Future II, it could all be an amazing coincidence.

Finally, Amell took to his Facebook page to promote the upcoming Season 2 Blu-ray and DVD release by posting an extended clip from Episode 15 entitled "The Promise" that shows an intense confrontation between Oliver and Slade (Manu Bennett). This is the episode in which Slade learned Oliver was partly responsible (at least in Slade's mind) for Shado's death and promised to take everything away from Oliver. Check out the clip here.
