The Gap has tapped Gone Girl director David Fincher to bring his cinematic visual skills to their upcoming Fall campaign, 'Dress Normal.' Global ad agency Wieden+Kennedy has released a bunch of sexy black and white commercials to market their stylish apparel.

Remember in the cult classic, Fight Club, Tyler Durden (Brad Pitt/Edward Norton) explicitly told his nihilistic members, "You are not your khakis!" It may seem strange to see the Seven filmmaker working on a denim commercial. But if you look at the acclaimed visualtist's past history, you may notice his career started with directing spots for high-profile names such as Levi, Converse, and Nike.

Ad Age got the scoop on the marketing campaign. In these spots, we watch sexy 20-something nubile flaunting their tight jeans. In the first ad, titled 'Drive,' we see a soaking wet female passenger sitting in the backseat of a taxi. The driver awkwardly watches as she strips down and takes off her jeans.

In the second ad, 'Stairs,' a young man races up the stairs as jazz plays in the background. We see a closeup of the attire his companion is wearing. When the couple finally meets, everything they have on is falling down the staircase.

In the third commercial, 'Kiss,' while the couple is kissing, the young woman cannot help but take a peak at her alluring wardrobe in the mirror. The spot advises the customer to dress themselves like no one is watching.

In the final 'Golf' and quite possible the best ad in the series, the camera follows a young girl in a single tracking shot. At the golf course, the brunette beauty distracts the other player as she dances and spins around in there tight-fitting jeans.

David Fincher's Gone Girl hits theaters on October 3. Readers, what do you think of the Gap commercials?
