Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) will have a new number one super-fan when Arrow returns for Season 3 this fall, as the CW series has cast Supernatural alumnus Amy Gumenick as Carrie Cutter aka Cupid.

The character will stay true to the comics, according to EW.com. The site describes her as "a lethal villainess with a dangerously obsessive crush on The Arrow." Executive producer Andrew Kreisberg actually created the character during his work on the Green Arrow/Black Canary comic book series.

"I always loved the idea of Green Arrow having a crazed fan," Kreisberg told EW. "When I was writing the comic book, my big goal was to create a villain who would last. Cupid has since appeared in the DC Nation shorts on Cartoon Network, and to have her fight our TV Arrow is so much more than I ever could have hoped for the character."

Gumenick appeared on two episodes of Supernatural as a young Mary Winchester, the mother of main characters Sam and Dean Winchester.

In other news, the moment many Arrow fans have been anticipating for two seasons finally happens in a new TV spot for Season 3 when Oliver and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) share a kiss!

A fan caught a TV spot for the new season and recorded it. The clip, which is unfortunately in low quality but still watchable, shows Thea (Willa Holland) in training, Sara (Caity Lotz) back in action, Oliver's "You have failed this city" line and the long-awaited Olicity kiss (or at least, the start of it). Check it out here.
