When David Moyes left the club without UEFA Champions League football, many knew Manchester United and their new boss Louis Van Gaal would have their work cut out, starting with a huge rebuilding job ahead of the 2014/15 Premier League season. With stars like Wayne Rooney and Robin Van Persie around, many believed they needed defenders, but the team have spent over $230 million on new signings, and they've stunned the world. In one window the club signed Ander Herrera, Luke Shaw, Marcos Rojo, Angel Di Maria, Daley Blind and last but not least, Radamel Falcao. However, many are wondering, how will Van Gaal's team line-up.

United's business was considered fine, until they added Di Maria, which prompted the world to take note. However, they weren't done. On deadline day they added Blind, and one of the world's best players in Falcao, sending shock-waves across the world. The move has also made many question how the club will line up in their next game. Van Gaal, however, was ecstatic to sign his man, saying "I am delighted Radamel has joined us on loan this season. He is one of the most prolific goalscorers in the game. His appearance-to-goal ratio speaks for itself and, when a player of this calibre becomes available, it is an opportunity not to be missed."

Can all of these players fit together in one team, and how will United cope with their new-look side? Even Ronaldo, of Real Madrid, admitted he was impressed, so one can wonder, could he return next season?
