Viewers were in shock just how gorgeous the house transformation was, on the first episode of the new season that aired on Tuesday, Sept. 2.

The site also revealed that the Duggars bought the house for $95,000 when it looked like the photo below, and now the new and improved home is worth an estimate $1.5 million, thanks to the Duggars' love, sweat, and tears, James Duggar, one of the kids gained a splinter thanks to cleaning the windows. The price was upgraded due to it's prime location on undeveloped land near the Walmart headquarters in Bentonville, Ark., where Derick is employed as an accountant.

Enter trained midwife Jill and Derick. "There's definitely enough space at the Stoney Brook home for their family, and Derick's work is five minutes away," the source continued.

"Now Jim Bob and TLC can better control access to Jill, Derick and another child," the insider said. The Dillards are definitely starting off the married life, living the good life, now wonder Jill got pregnant so soon, she probably didn't even leave her huge master suite her first week at home as a newlywed.
