It looks like there is a battle brewing in the Garden State. After The Real Housewives of New Jersey aired allegations that newcomer Teresa Aprea's husband cheated on her with her mother Santa, it was speculated that Teresa, along with her twin sister Nicole Napolitano, would be leaving the series. However, the girls are fighting back at those rumors and are now saying they are ready to take legal action.

Jim Marchese, who is married to new housewife Amber Marchese, is at the center of all the drama, after he perpetuated the cheating rumors, and Aprea looks like she is ready to bring him to court.

"We need to set the record straight," the star admitted to Us Weekly. "My mother is ready to have a lawsuit against Jim for slander."

Teresa's sister Nicole also slams the new househusband, saying, "Jim is small and weak, but he's gotta stop. There are kids involved here. Come after us, but do not touch our children or our mother. If you want drama, bring it on! We are ready for you. But enough is enough."

"Jim's whole story line is bashing other people. There is nothing positive that comes out of his mouth," Teresa explained. "He's a liar. If anyone in their right mind thinks I would be with a man that slept with my mother or that I have a mother that would sleep with my man, they are sick."

Nicole also talks about rumors that her sister was leaving the series, saying that they are completely false.

"The only time those words of her leaving the show ever came out of her mouth was when she was in Florida," Nicole said. "Those words never came out of her mouth again."

The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs on Sunday at 8 pm on Bravo.
