Katie Holmes Sexy Tattoo PHOTOS: Tom Cruise's Ex Sheds Girl Next Door Image For New York Fashion Week!

After stripping down and posing topless for Glamour Magazine, Katie Holmes, the former Mrs. Tom Cruise, continues to show her freaky sexy side, this time for New York Fashion Week. Those memories of the girl next door as Joey Potter in Dawson's Creek are about to go away once you feast your eyes on Holmes' tattooed look. 

E! news caught the gorgeous 35-year-old going off on a rebel streak. With Fashion Week kicking off into high gear in the Big Apple, the Batman Begins starlet showed up during the party of Old Navy and Yahoo! Style editor's Joe Zee. As part of the Spring 2015 runway shows, attendees were given temporary neck tattoos.

The Giver actress arrived at the party, flaunting her skinny black jeans and eye-catching striped button down shirt. As she casually dressed down, the Miss Andrews starlet walked across the red carpet in black stiletto heels.

The brunette bombshell previously told herself, "I don't have any tattoos. My child would kill me."

Thank goodness she has her long luscious hair to cover up the tattoo. The Phone Booth star received a gold Flash Tattoo applied to the back of her neck. The former TV Star is clearly having fun as she sticks out her tongue at the camera.
