Ever since Melissa Rivers announced to the world the passing of her iconic mother Joan Rivers, Hollywood continues to mourn over the loss of comedic legend and media personality. In just hours since the tragic news broke, book sales from Diary of a Mad Diva and I Hate Everyone...Starting With Me have spiked across stores everywhere.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Diary of a Mad Diva sales have skyrocketed up to 70,750 percent on Amazon. First published in June, the No. 2 best-selling book has landed to the top ranks of the giant e-tailer store. Her other book, I Hate Everyone...Starting with Me has also seen a significant jump, hitting the No. 55 spot on Amazon's 100 best-selling books list.

From the book's synopsis, Mad Diva is the prefect representation of the Spaceballs actress' satirical humor. Not only does the Fashion Police host poke fun at ugly children and lousy restaurants, she shows absolutely no mercy to Stephen Hawking, Anne Frank, and First Ladies.

The Shrek 2 voice actress continues to lampoon everyone, including herself, in I Hate Everyone. Calling herself the fat Bridget Jones, the Nip/Tuck guest star has just received a a diary with blank pages for Christmas. The book also includes the Daytime Emmy winner's wish list for her own funeral.

Rivers writes, "I don't want some rabbi rambling on; I want Meryl Streep crying, in five different accents," The Tonight Show guest continues. "I love funerals! To me, a funeral is just a red carpet show for dead people."

Even with the Grim Reaper standing right in front of her, the 81-year-old comedian wouldn't stop delivering her snappy one-liners.

In the wake of her death, Joan River's latest works spiked in book sales. Readers, which book are you interested in checking out?
