Looks like Late Show host David Letterman is going out with a bang! Deadline reports that the veteran comedian and talk show host, along with his network and production company, have been hit with a class action lawsuit.

Just last week, former intern Mallory Musallam filed a suit against Letterman's production company Worldwide Pants, CBS Broadcasting and the CBS Corporation on behalf of herself and "everyone who has ever been an intern on the show," as it was noted.

The complaint reads, "Named Plaintiff has initiated this action seeking for herself, and on behalf of all similarly situated employees that also worked on The Late Show with David Letterman, all compensation, including minimum wages and overtime compensation, which they were deprived of, plus interest, attorneys' fees, and costs."

Musallam claims that the Late Show's actions were a clear-cut violation of the New York State labor law, and that she witnessed (and experienced) those damages firsthand during her internship, which took place from Sept. 2008 to Dec. of that same year. Her claim comes as one of the many that has been filed against the Late Show over the years, which all seem to hold similar allegations.

The former intern claims that the famed CBS show had her work a normal, 40-hour work week that did not offer any "academic or vocational training."

Of course, othre complaints have risen throughout the years aside from Letterman's show, such as films like Darren Aronofsky's 2010 film,Black Swan   –– which argued if unpaid interns were actual employees.
