Apollo Nida is currently on his way to an Kentucky prison, but made sure to go out with a huge bang before serving his time behind bars.

TMZ reveals that Nida spent his last days as a free man going out to a nightclub that left his wife, Phaedra Parks outraged.

It seems that this relationship will be on the rocks as Nida serves his time, because Parks is telling her friends that her husband abandoned his family on numerous occasions for the last 2 months, choosing alcohol and strip club over his wife and 2 young sons.

The gossip site says that Parks claims things have become even worse in the past two weeks. The reality star says she was afraid Nida was going to become physically abusive.

No one was hurt, but Parks has not spoken to Nida in a week.

Apollo will begin his 8 year prison sentence at FMC Lexington Prison in Lexington, Kentucky, where is known as inmate 65725-019 according to CNN.

The 35-year-old is behind bars for cashing stolen checks and laundering more than 2 million dollars.

CNN also said that Parks is now focusing on her two young sons. "Phaedra is now putting all of her energy into ensuring the well-being of her two children and making decisions that are in their best interests," her publicist said in a statement. "This situation has put a tremendous strain on Phaedra and her family, and she is working hard to bring back a sense of normalcy to everyone's lives."

TMZ spoke to Nida and he had no comment. The site claims that Nida is pissed off at Parks for a number of reasons including her non supportive role she played when she didn't show up for his court hearings.

Parks has been making money, supporting her family doing a book tour over the summer, instead of comforting her husband for the pain he has caused their family.
