BREAKING NEWS: Kanye West Rushed to Hospital in Australia

While in Melbourne this Wednesday Kanye West was rushed to the hospital for what is assumed to be a severe headache. He is reportedly doing fine now.

Currently there are contradictory reports circling the media at the moment regarding the health of West and rumored seizures. However, it's assumed that the rapper was suffering from a sever headache.

According to Woman's Day Australia, West was rushed in the back entrance at the Epworth Hospital in Richmond, South Australia, around 2 p.m. on Wednesday.

Onlookers told the outlet that the rapper had one side of his face covered while his bodyguards surrounded him.

"My daughter was having an MRI. Shortly after it began, security burst in and cleared the area," eyewitness Loraine Terry told Woman's Day. "Everyone was moved out of the waiting and consulting room. Next thing we knew, Kanye was stretchered in surrounded by security. He had one side of his face covered with something white."

Other sources tell TMZ that he was rushed to the hospital with a throbbing headache. He was treated for a migraine and he's totally fine.

West has yet to comment on his medical emergency, however, the rapper was able to perfom as schedueled in Melbourne the same night after his emergency MRI. He performed at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne. Yeezy will continue his tour with two more concerts in Sydney and a final show in Brisbane. 

A source close the the rapper told E! News he is, "fine and didnt have a major health scare or seizure. He just suffered a migraine and wet to the hospital simply as precaution."
