Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt Married: Shocking Prenup News

Brangelina have finally tied the knot and we couldn't be happier! However, like any couple (especially those that are wallet heavy like the Jolie-Pitt duo), they have a prenup set in stone.

Sources close to Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have told Star that their prenup was, "heavily encouraged by their lawyers."

"If Brad gets too serious with another woman while they are married," a source said, "she'll get primary custody if they split."

The couple is estimated to be worth a combined $385 million. According to Celebrity Net Worth, Jolie racks in $145 million, and Pitt an estimated $240.

According to their agreement, should the couple choose to split they will both leave with the sum of money they brought into the union on their own. While anything they earned together would go into a trust for their children.

Back before the couple tied the knot an expert family at law told Celebuzz, "the chances of them not having a prenup is slim and zip," Goldie Schon, Los Angeles Family Law Attorney states. "The fact that they waited this long to tie the knot, you can't imagine that with this type of wealth and this type of stature that they're not going to protect themselves so that they don't have a situation in the future."

The couple had an intimate Aug. 23 ceremony attended by a small amount of 20 friends and family members at the chapel of Chateau Miraval in teh French village of Correns.

Schon adds that, "these two particular people are extremely affluent in their own right, when it comes to wealth, when it comes to celebrity stature and being a public figure. They are both pretty much of the same elite."

It seems as thought the duo is well off in their own right and off to a happy and protected marriage!
