RuPaul might have crowned Tyra Sanchez as the winner of Season 2 of his popular Logo series Rupaul's Drag Race, but it looks like the drag queen has not been acting very regal since taking home the crown. The star, who's real name is James Ross IV was arrested earlier this week in connection with an August 25 fight at the Rainbow Cactus Company.

According to TMZ, the reality star was arrested for assault, but she says that she was the one that was beaten during an autograph signing at the Rainbow Cactus. The Virginia Beach club asked Sanchez to sign autographs at the venue, but when a heckler from the crowd started taunting Tyra that's when things got physical.

Reports from the drag star are claiming that she approached the man to try to diffuse the situation but before he could, one of the security guards from the club grabbed Tyra and slammed her to the ground. The guard then handcuffed the performer before letting her go, but Tyra is claims that she sustained injuries from the altercation.

TMZ posted pictures of Sanchez with cuts and bruises on her face, and she is also reporting that she is suffering from a sprained shoulder.

The news site is reporting that when Tyra went to file a complaint with the police station about the venue and the incident that she was shocked to discover that there was a warrant out for her arrest.

However, the Drag Race winner posted bond and was released and is still planning to file suits against the guard as well as the Rainbow Cactus Company.
