Some people may find Nicki Minaj's twerking stills a bit too much (perhaps Jennifer Lopez included?), but most fans are a huge fan of the songstress' booty-shaking moves in the new viral music video for "Anaconda" -

The 31-year-old YMCMB sweetheart is considered one of the most successful female rappers in the industry right now, and she's all about female empowerment. But apparently that's not good enough for one high school principal...

The Pink Print diva recently tweeted:

@NICKIMINAJ: "How are u today my darlingz? How's school so far?"

@NICKIMINAJ: "I wanted to go back to my HS and speak to the students but the new principal declined. No need for me to inspire them, I guess. Smh."

@NICKIMINAJ: "That school changed my life and I wanted to pay it forward to the students there now. I was really looking forward to it."

FYI - Minaj graduated from NYC's established LaGuardia High School, which focuses on the teachings of music and visual/performing arts.

Minaj doesn't provide many details, but her Babies came out in full-force. She remains very vocal on the subject via Twitter:

@NICKIMINAJ: "It's a WOMAN. And not really > RT @JorianTM: wooow that's so unfair. Did he give any reason why?"

@NICKIMINAJ: "I guess I'm not good enough > RT "@BiggestBoyBarb: that is SO wrong! Students need all the inspiration they can get!!"

@HarajukuKenDee_: "you talking to them would've been a great idea! And would make them want to do better and strive harder."

@MorganPnkPrint: "Besides my parents, @NICKIMINAJ you are also the reason why I'm motivated to go to school everyday and not give u."

@NICKIMINAJ: "Work hard. Strive for greatness. > RT @liyahhun: Awwww Nicki! Aww babe. What can us barbz do to make you feel better?"

@nichxlvs: "@NICKIMINAJ You're a great motivational speaker, so it's unfortunate that the principal rejected a great opportunity for the students."

@shannieluvvv: "That's crazy. Her story has and will continue to inspire many people. From where she came from and where she is now."

MyTittiesBIGGER: "Nicki is honestly the ONLY person that motivates me to go to school. My parents don't really push me like that..."

@jaaaaamel: "How could the principal pass up such an amazing opportunity, just baffles me."

@KenBarbZac: "People assume they know who you are and don't know the first thing about who you ARE. The Barbz see YOU and we love u so much..."

@ACminaj95: "Because of Nicki's drive, I applied to two universities. Like I never thought I'd be at that point in my life."

@iStan4_ONIKA: "This makes me sad now... why would they deny such a successful woman that is an inspiration to millions. Smh."

@slvyton: "It sinks into a young mind when you're fave artist motivates you to do well rather than a parent who can be seen as 'nagging.'"

@RayYoWTF: "I'm still in disbelief that the principal declined her visitation to motivate. Does she not know how much Nicki impacts this generation?"

@DearOldSham: "Preach."

For those curious, the principal of the high school in question is Dr. Lisa Mars. Should Minaj have the chance to speak to students perhaps following their dreams like herself?
