Angel Di Maria Stars As Manchester United Thrash QPR & Radamel Falcao & Daley Blind Premier League Debut

Manchester United have endured a torrid 18 months, but they're confident they're closing in on better times. After a hectic summer transfer window, the club were hoping their new signings could settle in to the Premier League quickly, and it appears they've done just that. United thrashed QPR 4-0, for their first win of the season. New signing Angel Di Maria was sensational, and the man of the match, while new additions Radamel Falcao and Daley Blind made their EPL debuts, and also made an impact, too. Are United back to their best, or is there more to work on?

Di Maria has one goal and one assist as he made his second appearance for the Red Devils, making sure he has an Old Trafford debut to remember. For Falcao and Blind it was their first appearance all together and at Old Trafford. Di Maria appeared key to the new-look United team, while Blind made the team more settled than they'd been in years. Falcao offered little, but proved that with the right minutes, and service, he'll be an additional goal threat for United.

This was arguably United's best performance in over a year, but some are suggesting it was a one off performance, while others are sure the real United are back, and will become a top EPL threat once again. Could Di Maria, Blind and Falcao be enough to ensure the Red Devils are a force to be reckoned with again? QPR offered little threat, but was that because of United's brilliance, or their lack of talent on offer?
