Chris Brown Offers Ray Rice Some Advice, Singer Says, "It’s All About The Choices You Make And How You Control Your Anger" [SEE VIDEO]

In the wake of the Ray Rice scandal, singer's Chris Brown and Rihanna are also reliving their former nightmare. Rihanna, the victim of Brown's rage back in 2009 was scratched from the Raven's opening game on Thursday, when she was scheduled to perform Run This Town.

"We thought... we needed to have the appropriate tone and coverage," a spokesperson for the NFL Network stated.

Now Chris is practicing ways to prevent domestic violence and offering Rice some tips.

"It's all about how you push forward and how you control yourself," Chris said during an interview with Sway Calloway. "For anybody who's going through that situation...it's all about the choices you make and how you control your anger."

Chris revealed that he didn't always know how to deal with emotions or how to express himself verbally, but seeing a therapist is helping him get better.

"I deal with a lot of anger issues with my past, just not knowing how to express myself verbally and not knowing how to cope with my emotions," the singer said. "For me, dealing with my anger issues and understanding myself and the life I've been through and where I'm headed and where I want to be."
