If you weren't already a fan of Justified's Timothy Olyphant just watch his appearance on last night's episode of CONAN and you will be. And all we can say is apparently that heat wave going on in Los Angeles is worse than we thought!

The FX series star was in house to promote his upcoming film This Is Where I Leave You, and from the very moment O'Brien called him out to his seat, the actor appeared to be rather comfortable –– starting with his clothing.

Ditching the usually appropriate suit and tie, Olyphant chose to fashion himself with a wardrobe made up of a casual pair of shorts, a t-shirt and even some flip flops. Immediately, O'Brien joked, "I guess one of us didn't get the memo. ... What is this?"

The actor, taking his time and really egging on that relaxed persona, responded, "Is this what you guys are wearing?"

He added, "The invitation said 'dress appropriately.' I would have appreciated a text or something! ... Would it have killed you?"

Check out Olyphant's casual apparel (and casual appearance) on CONAN below:

The actor then shifted to his new film, This Is Where I Leave You, which has a wonderful ensemble cast made up of him, Jason Bateman, Tina Fey, Jane Fonda, and many more. And while many would find themselves somewhat starstruck working alongside such big names, the actor has a pretty good trick for getting over his nervousness.

Check that out here:

This Is Where I Leave You opens this coming Sept. 19.
