Despite representing Great Britain, tennis star Andy Murray, has often been disliked by many of the Great British public. The Scottish star has had the support of some, but lost a lot of fans after saying he'd never support England at the World Cup years ago. Just as he was starting to regain fans, the Scottish Independence Referendum took place, and he foolishly voiced his opinion once again. However, this time around, the Scots wanting their independence lost out, with Great Britain to remain as one. Murray may of just lost a lot of support, and he could well of angered Taylor Swift, too.

Murray tweeted "Huge day for Scotland today!" Murray tweeted at around 1.30am. "No campaign negativity last few days totally swayed my view on it. Excited to see the outcome. Let's do this!"

However, many of his English fans didn't like his desperation to once again separate himself from England.

Murray explained himself: "I've followed pretty much everything about it over the last two weeks, and especially in the last few days and that's how I felt at the time. I can't vote, it's for the Scottish people to decide and I trust them to make the right decision. I will support whatever the outcome is. Regardless of how it goes I think it's very important for everyone to stick together afterwards."

Murray may well of lost a ton of British/English fans once again, but he might of lost the admiration of pop princess Swift, as she's often been seen wearing Union Jack clothing, and she's often stated how much she "loves" Great Britain.

Can Murray be forgiven?
