'Real Housewives Of New York' Cast Revealed- Season Seven Housewives To Include Heather Thomson, LuAnn But No Aviva Drescher

The sixth season of The Real Housewives of New York might have just ended with a bang, but it looks like Bravo is getting ready to switch up the cast as it is gearing up to start filming for its seventh season. The series will begin shooting in the next two weeks and it looks like we are going to see a very different set of ladies when the reality series returns in the spring.

Housewife Aviva Drescher has confirmed her exit from the series earlier this month, as she will be moving to Los Angeles for the next six weeks to film Marriage Boot Camp with her husband Reid.

The changes keep on coming as housewife Ramona Singer has been reduced from a full-time housewife to a recurring role. The newly single reality star's storyline will document her struggles of getting divorced from husband Mario and how she adjusts to single life.

A familiar face that will be making her way back as a fulltime housewife is LuAnn De Lesseps who had a recurring role during the last season. According to RadarOnline, the star was persuaded by producers to rejoin the series after they begged and pleaded.

"People love LuAnn- she's happy to be back," Radar explains.

Other reports claimed that casting for the new housewives would be made around Kristen Taekman and Heather Thomson who appear to be the fan favorites of the show.

Also looking to make a comeback are Carole Radziwill and Sonja Morgan. Morgan's storyline will revolve around her new boyfriend Nicholas Brochet who will also be getting a lot of camera time this year.
