Naomi Watts covers the October issue of More magazine and opens up about her life with Liev Schreiber and their two sons, Sasha, 7, and Kai, 5.

With two Oscar nominations playing emotional and highly dramatic roles her real life she does not depict much of that chancer type personality anymore.

"People think of me as this risk taker, but I don't always feel like a person who's full of courage," said Watts. "Maybe in the workplace I have more courage than in other areas of my life."

She explained that her life before kids was full of adrenaline fueled adventure sports like skydiving and swimming with sharks. She was even photographed sitting five feet from lions on the rooftop of the Chrysler Building in New York City for her role in King Kong.

"But now that I have kids, I don't want to do so many daredevily things anymore."

With two kids under eight-years-old she admits that she should have started having children earlier, the actress will turn 46 on September 28. If she could do it all again she'd "have a bigger family. I should have had more kids, started younger."

Her wild years started at the age of 25 when she first moved to Hollywood. "It was a gigantic risk, but thankfully, I was young and naïve enough to just do it. As you get older, you overthink and can talk yourself out of anything. It's good to be a bit reckless and experimental."

After years of struggling the British born actress caught the attention for David Lynch's 2001 psychological thriller Mulholland Drive. A year later she was cast in the successful film The Ring. The film that really set her apart and separated her from other actors was here role in the drama film 21 Grams for her portrayal of Cristina.

Recently she stars in the new film St. Vincent with actor Bill Murray where she plays a pregnant Russian stripper. "I'd bust into Bill's trailer and say [she adopts a thick Russian accent], 'I need a drink! Gif me a drink!' I had to stick with that character because otherwise my fear of being not worthy would take over."
