Nicki Minaj & August Alsina Dating Buzz Reignited: 'Anaconda' Beauty's Hospital Visit After Onstage Collapse, 'Here To Save You, Praying For My Lil Bro' [PHOTO]

Rumors initially suggested that August Alsina was secretly "romancing" YMCMB sweetheart, Nicki Minaj. The two hip-hop stars got rather close while filming the sexy remix video for "No Love" -

However, the 31-year-old "Anaconda" twerker quickly denied such dating buzz, insisting that she viewed the 22-year-old rapper strictly as a "little brother" -

And although they're not romantically involved, Minaj is there to fully support her "No Love" boo. The Testimony emcee recently shocked fans when he suddenly collapsed and fainted onstage while performing in NYC. Reports confirm that he was suffering from extreme exhaustion and dehydration - and although he's doing better, Alsina's still in the hospital.

Minaj recently took time out of her hectic schedule to visit, and posted this rather adorable snapshot on Instagram:

Poor Alsina!

But he's keeping positive and giving worried fans nonstop updates. He also shared:

Again, Minaj made it a point to refer to Alsina as "my lil bro." They're just friends, NOT lovers.

Apparently The Pink Print songstress is still involved in a serious relationship with longtime boyfriend, Safaree Samuels. In fact, rumors suggest they may consider starting a family soon...
