Manchester United and Manchester City are massive rivals, yet the clubs are set to battle it out for talents Cristiano Ronaldo and Ross Barkley. On top of that, Ramires could leave the English Premier League, while Isco could join an EPL club, and Ron Vlaar could go from Aston Villa to Manchester United. Will these deals get done or are they merely rumours?

Ronaldo is reportedly unhappy in Spain and wants a return to England, with Manchester United his preferred choice. It was believed that City want the star, and United did too, however, now reports suggest that United wouldn't certainly re-sign him, leaving the door wide open for City to sign him up. Ronaldo wouldn't want to join City, but it would be a way to win trophies, play in England, and pick up a huge salary, all of which are very important to him.

Barkley is another target for both clubs, with Everton likely to command a near $80 million fee to convince them to sell their star player. Barkley is seen as the future of English soccer, and neither clubs wants to miss out, as they did when Gareth Bale was around. Manchester United are less likely to face competition to sign Aston Villa veteran Vlaar, and a cheap deal could be agreed in January. Chelsea look set to sell Ramires, but they could bring in Isco, however, don't be surprised if all of these clubs end up fighting for the same stars.

Which player should your club sign, and do United need Ronaldo back?
