Monday's episode kicked off week two of season 19 of Dancing with the Stars and it was a really fun week. The performance episode was centered on a "My Jam Monday" theme.

This week, each contestant got to choose their favorite song to dance to and there were some really fun picks. From "Call Me, Maybe" to "Satisfaction," the songs were as diverse as the dancers this season. As for the physical dancing, here's what happened on Monday night.

Randy Couture and Karina Smirnoff kicked off the night with a cha-cha, which was performed to "Satisfaction." Randy wore a military uniform as a nod to his time in the army. Besides the stiffness in his movements, the judges really enjoyed his upbeat performance. Randy received 28 points out of the possible 40 points.

Janel Parrish (from Pretty Little Liars) and her partner Val Chmerkovskiy did better as the second performance of the night. The young actress chose Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe" as an unconventional song choice for her foxtrot. Although Julianne called it a nontraditional foxtrot, the judges gave it a serious thumbs up. The couple ended with 34 points.

Lea Thompson and Artem Chigvintsev redeemed themselves this week with their jive dance. Lea stunned in a sassy cheetah dress with pops of red accessories. They ended the week with 35 points total. Michael Waltrip and Emma Slater were also in the bottom last week, but unfortunately they didn't up their pervious performance. Although Michael was personable and tried really hard in his dance to "Girls in Bikinis," it only received 24 points.

Tavis Smiley and Sharna Burgess had their ups and downs this week, starting with rehearsals. With Tavis constantly working and going to book signings, the duo barely had time to practice and it showed. The disco-inspired cha-cha didn't come off as great as they had planned and the judges gave them 28 points.

In one of the best moments of the night, Alfonso Ribeiro and Witney Carson were dynamic and fun to watch. After being on top of the leader board last week, Alfonso had a lot to prove in his samba. The greatest part of his performance was his song selection. The Fresh Prince of Bel Air star chose Will Smith's "Gettin' Jiggy Wit It" and it was hilarious. There were some technical mistakes, which lead to them getting 32 points.

The most shocking dance of the night was Bethany Mota and Derek Hough's performance. The YouTube star hurt her ankle after last week's performance and was unable to practice at full capacity this week. During her dance she pushed through the pain and even stood on a bass. Her hard work landed her a total of 33 points.

After last week's upsetting performance, Betsey Johnson and Tony Dovolani were ready for a makeover. In typical Betsey fashion, the designer danced to "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" and she wore a beautiful dress with pink tulle skirt. The foxtrot was slow, but well done. We would have liked to see more of her personality come out, but the judges gave her a great score (which she deserved), which was 28.

Antonio Sabato Jr. and Cheryl Burke started out this week knowing that the rhumba would be hard, but they knew they could do it. After having a heart-to-heart moment during practice the duo hit the stage in all black. Cheryl looked sexy and fabulous as usual and Antonio stood tall and was a great support system, which the judges really liked. The whole performance was seductive and steamy which resulted in them getting 31 points out of the possible 40.

Tommy Chong of Cheech & Chong was awesome last week and this week he had to raise the bar with his salsa performance. Tommy and his partner Peta Murgatroyd worked hard to nail their steps and not rely on Tommy's fun personality. The duo looked fierce in their pink costumes as they took on the spicy dance; the That 70s Show actor even showed off his abs. Their fiery dance was well received by the judges and they ended with 28 points.

Everyone's favorite Mean Girls hunk Jonathan Bennett had to turn up his sexy side according to his partner Allison Holker this week. The duo clearly had a lot of fun in the studio and when it came to the actual dance, they set the dance floor on fire. We loved the spicy side of this duo, but the judges wanted to see more technique. Despite the harsh criticism (for both Allison as a choreographer and Jonathan as a dancer) they received 30 total points.

Duck Dynasty's Sadie Robertson and Mark Ballas were standouts last week, but the question was could they do it again? The pair took on a jazz routine with a country flair this week and it started with an acting cameo from Sadie, which was adorable. The dance was different and had an element of funk in it, but not all of the judges liked it. The mixed reviews landed them a score of 31 to end the night.

Tune in tonight to see who is safe and who goes home.
