As The Strain continues to be frightening thrill ride, heading towards its first season finale, FX has released a new teaser trailer for the upcoming episode, "Last Rites." Based on the best-selling series by Dark Horse Comics from visionary director Guillermo Del Toro, Nora Martinez (Mia Maestro) and Ephraim Goodweather (Corey Stoll) must fight against The Master's merciless army of bloodsuckers.

In our recent recap, Nora (Maestro) and Eph (Stoll) headed straight down into the subway tunnels. Not only they happen to stumble upon Kelly Goodweather (Natalie Brown), the duo also met face-to-face with The Master. Promising to take everything from Abraham's pupil, Eph has to protect his son, Zac (Ben Hyland), from the undead creature.

In the trailer, we see Abraham's pawn shop being attack by the vamps. The pawn shop has served as Setrakian (David Bradley)'s base of operations. For six decades, he has been waiting and training himself to defeat The Master. Now his only home will be swarmed by the things he loathes the most.

Thomas Echorist (Richard Sammel) and Abraham have history together that goes way back to World War II, inside the concentration camps. Thomas is the one leading the attack on the pawn shop and giving out the orders to his soldiers. In the end, Thomas is going to make sure no one comes out alive.

Now it is The Master's turn to strike back with a vengeance.
