Demi Lovato Instagram PHOTOS: 'Neon Lights' Beauty Takes Sexy Belfie During World Tour 2014 Rehearsal!

With the Demi: World Tour 2014 headlining concerts across the states, the Neon Lights pop singer took behind-the-scenes snapshots on her official Instagram account. Selena Gomez's  former BFF Demi Lovato checked out her own fantastic body, winking at the camera, in a teasing belfie.

The Heart Attack songstress has been open before about her body insecurities and mental health problems. In interview with E! online, the pop singers addresses her struggles, "I've struggled a lot with mental illness and bipolar disorder...Just because I'm a pop star doesn't mean that everything is perfect."

Now that the former child actress has grown comfortable in her own skin, the Unbroken actress is proud to flaunt her own body. In the snapshot from Instagram, the 22-year-old shows off her midriff in a white crop top and a pink sports bra. We see the brunette stunner checking out her own butt in the self-portraits.

In the second snapshot, we see the pop star with her own dance crew. Alejandro Bullon, Denzel Chisolm and Steven Guero Charles join the X-Factor judge as they all pose together in a group shot. The dancers lift up their arms and twist their bodies, showing off how flexible their limbs are.

Lovato proudly advises, "Gettin' stronger everyday. Be good to your body, and your body will be good to you."

As reported here, the Here We Go Again singer has matured in her own way, especially after sharing the spotlight with Gomez and her on-and-off boyfriend, Justin Bieber. The music star described their breakup as simply, "people change and people grow apart."
