Singers Jason Derulo and Jordin Sparks have announced their break up after dating for 3-years. Now, the former American Idol singer is tweeting about her life without the "Wiggle" singer while rumors loom regarding his affair with vixen Carmen Ortega.

Thursday, the singer hinted that she isn't hung up over the break up tweeting, "Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened."

According to MediaTakeOut.com, an insider revealed that Carmen wanted the singer for herself a, "Carmen didn't even know about Jordin, and when she found out how serious she and Jason were, she broke it off. . . . Jason would lie to her and say that his relationship with Jordin was just for Hollywood." The source added, "Jason was texting her, and calling her like crazy. He was obsessed. I feel so sorry for Jordin."

In July the couple faced a cheating scandal after the R&B crooner was spotted  with Carmen.

According to Calvin Blanco, Carmen's rep denied the affair and claimed that the two were working on music together the night she was spotted at the singer's hotel, "Carmen is a recording artist and was recording in the studio where Jason was and is nothing more than a dear friend of Jason's. She is very supportive of his career and is respectful of his relationship with Jordan. They are nothing more than friends."

Ortega's celebrity relationship list are endless and was the primary cause of Kim Kardashian's break up from Reggie Bush after she leaked a video of herself in his home.

Days after the cheating scandal the singer told Access Hollywood about the couple's special relationship rule, "We have this two-week rule, which is amazing," Jason told Access Hollywood Live, "We never let two weeks pass by without seeing each other and that really works for us."
