If the kinky undertones present between the pages of "Fifty Shades of Grey" weren't enough for all those novella porn fans, get ready for a hot and steamy musical accompaniment.

As if the announcement of a feature film adaptation wasn't big news enough, EMI Classics has announced that it will release "Fifty Shades of Grey - The Classical Album." The 15-track album will feature classical music hand selected by the "Fifty Shades of Grey" author E. L. James himself. The tracks are certain songs which inspired James while writing the erotic novel, and some of the songs are even mentioned throughout the "Fifty Shades" trilogy ("Fifty Shades Darker" and "Fifty Shades Freed" follow "Fifty Shades of Grey").

According to EMI, the music "aims to provide the perfect accompaniment to the Fifty Shades reading experience, setting a mysterious and alluring atmosphere with just the slightest hint of danger..."

Following the announcement James added that, "I am thrilled that the classical pieces that inspired me while I wrote the Fifty Shades Trilogy are being brought together in one collection for all lovers of the books to enjoy."

Fans in the U.S. and Canada may experience the musical wonder and mystery of "Fifty Shades" digitally starting August 21. The CD will be released on September 18 (international release for both audio formats is set for Sept. 17).

Rumors about who will be cast for the Universal Pictures film adaptation have been buzzing. It was recently announced that Bret Easton Ellis ("American Psycho") will not be writing the screenplay, although he showed interest.
