Based on the frightening 1979 sci-fi classic Alien from director Ridley Scott, the unstoppable extraterrestrial killer returns to continue its reign of terror in Sega's highly anticipated horror videogame, Alien: Isolation. In its terrifying series of #HowWillYouSurvive trailers, "Misdirection" and "Nowhere Is Safe" have just been released.

In the story, Amanda Ripley searches in the darkest realms of outer space for her missing mother, Ellen Ripley, with actress Sigourney Weaver reprising her famous role. While searching for her mother's whereabouts, Amanda uncovers the horrible truth behind Nostromo's dead crew members. History seems to repeat itself as Amanda finds herself having a close encounter with Nostromo's mass murderer.

As we mentioned before, the official Twitter account launched the hashtag #HowWillYouSurvive. The first two trailers, "No Escape" and "Don't Shoot" were previously released for their campaign. Just like "Hear You Scream" and "In the Vents," we see Amanda trying to survive while the rest of her crew is being brutally slaughtered.

Just like before, @AlienIsolation tweets a free tip to gamers: "Perfect your timings with devices. They can draw the creature's attention away ... for a little while."

Check out "Misdirection" here:

"Misdirection" presents another cat-and-mouse game scenario between you and the merciless killer. First, Amanda throws a clunky device with a blinking light across the ship. Following the noise, the psychotic creature talks across, with its huge shadow growing in the background.

Just when you think you have the monster fooled, the savage beast knows its way around the spaceship. Will the gamer have better luck playing as Amanda?

Check out "Nowhere Is Safe" here:

Alien: Isolation will be heading off into stores on Oct. 7. Readers, are you ready to be scared of Alien all over again?
